Driving south on US 31/Meridian St, continue through the light at West Carmel Drive. Turn right into 12188-A N Meridian (Urology of Indiana/Midwest Fertility building). Parking is in the rear of the building.
From the South heading North
Turn left at 116th St to roundabout at Illinois St and turn right. Travel north on Illinois to 12188-A (Meridian Medical Pavilion). Entrance is on the right.
