I admit that I entered this whole process reluctantly, I did NOT want to have root canal therapy. However, Dr. Nasser and his staff were very kind and attentive from scheduling the appointment, giving me driving directions, informing me of what to expect, and then walking me through the procedure while it was occurring. Dr. Nasser is truly a gifted teacher - and even though I was just a patient and not a student, he explained everything carefully, asked if I had questions, and genuinely made me feel comfortable in the chair. Speaking of the chair, it had a massage function built in, so not only did I receive root canal therapy, I did so while receiving a massage (something I greatly appreciate through did not anticipate). The procedure was quick, pain-free, and I left feeling more knowledgeable than when I entered. Dr. Nasser gave me specific follow up instructions, sent me and my dentist a follow up email with pictures of my tooth, and even called me on the phone the next day to see how I was feeling. I never thought I'd write a review and say that a root canal therapy was delightful....afterall, I was dreading it. By it was a GREAT experience. While I don't wish root canal therapy on anyone. If you need it, go see Dr. Nasser and team! They're competent, compassionate, and truly care about their patients.

Dr. Nasser is the best at what he does. Hardly any pain or soreness at all after getting a root canal. He walks you through everything that he’s doing and makes it very easy to understand. As much as I don’t want another root canal, I would have no problem with another visit to Dr. Nasser.

NO PAIN at all for my Root Canal!!!!!!! Walking into Dr. Nasser’s office we were greeted by his very friendly staff. His office was very clean and inviting. I placed a littled Jesus figurine in the window and he noticed this when he came in. He said who put the Jesus in the window? I said I did. He said we could all use a little help! That made me very happy and when he was done he said “ Praise The Lord “ which made me even happier because I Prayed that GOD would send me to the right endodontist, and he did! I knew Dr. Nasser was the right one when he made a personal call to me and introduced himself, and went over everthing and answered all of my questions about my procedure. How often does that happen? I was so nervous about having this procedure done and everyone I had spoken too had said they are very painful and NO FUN! Well after having one done today by Dr. Nasser. I was pleasantly surprised! He did an AMAZING Job!!! I never felt a thing, not even the shots to numb me !!! He was so gentle, kind, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. He’s very proffessional and explained everything he was doing and why the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser and I would have another root canal again by him anytime. Trust me If you need a root canal done, Dr. Nasser is your guy!

As a case-hardened lifelong veteran of dental care, I praise the good spirits of teeth (presumably related to the tooth fairy) for having led me from my favorite dentist, Dr. Trevor Murray of Lafayette, to the one and only Dr. Thomas K. Nasser, endodontist, who performed an excellent and nearly discomfort-free root canal on a difficult tooth. Let me put it directly: This man is Good! He explains what he is doing with wit, good nature, and professionalism. All this occurred in a pleasant office environment. Now I have two favorite dentists.

Just incredible - I didn’t even have a chance to look at their reviews before scheduling an emergency root canal appt. I was referred by my amazing dentist Dr. Laucher (Image Dental in Carmel). I knew I would be in good hands with Dr. Nasser, but wow - I never thought a root canal would be so easy and painless. I was in and out in about an hour. Zero pain. A cushy massage chair to sit in with a nice window view. Dr. Nasser was professional and so personable. Even called to check in on me the next day and gave me another opportunity to ask questions. I have diagnosed health anxiety/OCD - I didn’t have to overthink or worry about this root canal. His expertise and positivity was reassuring! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My experience with Dr. Nasser and his staff was outstanding. I was referred by my dentist urgently for root canal therapy and was able to get an appointment on the same day. This was my first experience with a root canal and Dr. Nasser immediately put me at ease. He reviewed all imaging and explained every detail of the procedure before and during the treatment process. Following the initial anesthetic I experienced no pain. I was relaxed and comfortable during the entire procedure. Once the root canal therapy was completed, Dr. Nasser promptly sent my dentist a detailed email documenting the entire procedure and I was copied as well. I received thorough aftercare instructions and received a call from Dr. Nasser the following day to see how I was progressing. I certainly hope I will never need another root canal but if I do I would immediately return to Dr. Nasser. I appreciate the excellent care given to me by Dr. Nasser and his staff. He is indeed exceptional at what he does.

After fighting an infection for over a week, I was a bit nervous about the RCT but Dr Nasser was awesome! He helped ease my mind and explained every step in detail so my mind wasn’t wondering if everything was going well. I had a root canal done. Tom Nasser did an exceptional job. He explained what he was going to do including showing me x- rays which helped me be more relaxed about the procedure. All of his staff were really nice and professional. The most impressive thing was getting a phone call the day after the procedure from Tom asking how I was feeling. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends .

Thomas K. Nasser, D.D.S. and his staff were wonderful. I appreciate Thomas taking care of me. His massage chair was amazing, and I liked the music in the background. He made me feel comfortable during the appointment. My teeth is not bothering me anymore, and I saw so grateful that Thomas was able to save my teeth. The other dentist wanted to take out my teeth, so Thomas was my hero. Thank goodness. I loved my visit overall, and I will recommend to my friends and family.

I just had my third root canal with Dr. Nasser in the last 6 years. Each time was an identical experience. He is so friendly and explains everything in detail as he works. Each time was painless and completed very quickly. He is a master of the many tools that he uses and has state of the art technology. I cannot imagine that anyone would be able to make a root canal any more painless and easy!!

I have moved all over the country and had major dental work done by many dentists, and I can confidently say that Dr. Nasser is outstanding. I am so glad I was treated by him. Everything was top-notch—from the office staff and overall experience to the painless root canal and the quality of care. Highly recommended. Dr. Nasser went above and beyond to explain the procedure and even followed up after the treatment on Christmas Eve. I had no complications afterward and am finally feeling great and able to eat comfortably again. Truly exceptional care.

I'm literally twenty minutes out from the end of my root canal and hari-krishna this guy is good!! I know that no amount of positive reviews will mitigate dental anxiety but Dr. N certainly will. Every "negative" trait listed in his less than positive reviews has got to be what makes him a good endodontist. I don't want a friend; I want no pain (check), I want an expert in the field (check check) and I want someone who is so confident in his work that in the middle of drilling he is singing a John Denver song and reminding me that he died in a plane crash in California (triple check).

I’ve never had a root canal before. Afterwards, I had zero pain. A testament to Dr. Nasser’s expertise, when I was in-person speaking to others throughout the day and told them I had a root canal that morning, they were amazed… no swelling, no pain, truly perfectly normal. The “Nasser experience” was great. The staff is exceptional…quiet speaking, kind and very efficient. The office is very nice and clean although I did not wait more than 5 minutes. The familiar music was reassuring. Sheila was the epitome of quiet efficiency….Dr. Nasser’s “right hand woman.” Dr. Nasser is friendly, explains every moment what he is doing and what to expect. I experienced no pain and the procedure went smoothly. My husband and I both appreciate Dr. Nasser and his friendly professionalism as well as his incredible expertise. If I could, I'd give this practice 10 stars!!! Having extreme dental anxiety and sensitivity, I was very impressed with the care I received. I did not have any pain, during or after my treatment. Everything was explained to me in detail, and I was offered options with my care which I appreciated. Dr Nasser and his assistant work very well together which created a very smoothe and relaxing atmosphere. The massage chair and 70s tunes were awesome too! I received clear post op/discharge instructions. Received a call from Dr Nassar himself the next day to see how I was feeling and to ask if I had any questions, greatly appreciated that. Highly recommend this practice, thank you so much! My dental anxiety has been greatly reduced after such a positive experience!

I was concerned about having my first root canal. After this experience, it was so easy.I don't want to have another one. But if I did, I would definitely go to Dr Nasser. His team is the best. I especially liked Dr. Nasser‘s expertise and professionalism. His love of dentistry and the fact that he is upgraded to the very best in technology to give his patience the best chance possible of saving a tooth and crown. I also like that he is very frank with the respects involved as far as the survival of the tooth long-term especially when you have a lot of decay, but he wouldn’t go through the procedure. If he didn’t think you had a pretty good chance, he left us feeling confident and Assured And thankful that we had found such a terrific dentist.

Dr Nasser and his staff are amazing. I was so scared and he and his staff were so calming and made sure i was comfortable throughout the procedure. The procedure was very quick and there was absolutely no pain. If you need a root canal this is the place to go.

I'm not going to say I enjoyed my root canal, but I will say I was pleasantly surprised by lack of pain, uncertainty or information. Dr. Nasser asked pertinent questions and provided a play-by-play of what was taking place...and more importantly WHY. I've never had such an easy time with novocaine injections and the procedure was done in less than an hour. Seriously, I could not believe it. He was confident, yet patient-forward. Very good experience for an experience I did not want to have.
