I admit that I entered this whole process reluctantly, I did NOT want to have root canal therapy. However, Dr. Nasser and his staff were very kind and attentive from scheduling the appointment, giving me driving directions, informing me of what to expect, and then walking me through the procedure while it was occurring. Dr. Nasser is truly a gifted teacher - and even though I was just a patient and not a student, he explained everything carefully, asked if I had questions, and genuinely made me feel comfortable in the chair. Speaking of the chair, it had a massage function built in, so not only did I receive root canal therapy, I did so while receiving a massage (something I greatly appreciate through did not anticipate). The procedure was quick, pain-free, and I left feeling more knowledgeable than when I entered. Dr. Nasser gave me specific follow up instructions, sent me and my dentist a follow up email with pictures of my tooth, and even called me on the phone the next day to see how I was feeling. I never thought I'd write a review and say that a root canal therapy was delightful....afterall, I was dreading it. By it was a GREAT experience. While I don't wish root canal therapy on anyone.
