I never thought I’d be writing a positive review about a root canal, but here we are! Dr. Nasser and his team were absolutely top notch. From the moment I walked in, everything was seamless and professional. They were ready for me right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Nasser was incredibly personable and made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly comfortable. He checked in on me regularly, explained every step of the procedure, and even encouraged me along the way. That level of care makes such a difference. The office itself is beautiful, filled with natural light and large windows, which somehow made the whole experience more calming. We even listened to music during the procedure, and the chair had a gentle massage feature that was such a nice touch. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While I hope I never need another root canal, if I do, I won’t hesitate to go straight back to Dr. Nasser. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nasser may be the best medical professional I’ve ever seen, for anything. After a pretty traumatic experience at a dentist, I was referred to Dr. Nasser for a root canal. He made me feel extremely comfortable from start to finish, he explained everything as he worked, and the entire procedure was quick, painless, and thorough. He even followed up with me the next day even though he was out of town! I cannot recommend him and his team enough.

I admit that I entered this whole process reluctantly, I did NOT want to have root canal therapy. However, Dr. Nasser and his staff were very kind and attentive from scheduling the appointment, giving me driving directions, informing me of what to expect, and then walking me through the procedure while it was occurring. Dr. Nasser is truly a gifted teacher - and even though I was just a patient and not a student, he explained everything carefully, asked if I had questions, and genuinely made me feel comfortable in the chair. Speaking of the chair, it had a massage function built in, so not only did I receive root canal therapy, I did so while receiving a massage (something I greatly appreciate through did not anticipate). The procedure was quick, pain-free, and I left feeling more knowledgeable than when I entered. Dr. Nasser gave me specific follow up instructions, sent me and my dentist a follow up email with pictures of my tooth, and even called me on the phone the next day to see how I was feeling. I never thought I'd write a review and say that a root canal therapy was delightful....afterall, I was dreading it. By it was a GREAT experience. While I don't wish root canal therapy on anyone. If you need it, go see Dr. Nasser and team! They're competent, compassionate, and truly care about their patients.

Dr Nasser and his team are the best of the best. I had a near impossible case where no dentist would attempt to save my 2 teeth that were infected. In fact, I was scheduled to have the 2 teeth extracted until I was led to Dr. Nasser at the last minute. He was able to go in and save the 2 teeth with the a totally PAINLESS root canal. Not only was the procedure painless, but with an hour afterward I was eating regular solid food and still have had 0 pain!!! He is a truely the best there is.

NO PAIN at all for my Root Canal!!!!!!! Walking into Dr. Nasser’s office we were greeted by his very friendly staff. His office was very clean and inviting. I placed a littled Jesus figurine in the window and he noticed this when he came in. He said who put the Jesus in the window? I said I did. He said we could all use a little help! That made me very happy and when he was done he said “ Praise The Lord “ which made me even happier because I Prayed that GOD would send me to the right endodontist, and he did! I knew Dr. Nasser was the right one when he made a personal call to me and introduced himself, and went over everthing and answered all of my questions about my procedure. How often does that happen? I was so nervous about having this procedure done and everyone I had spoken too had said they are very painful and NO FUN! Well after having one done today by Dr. Nasser. I was pleasantly surprised! He did an AMAZING Job!!! I never felt a thing, not even the shots to numb me !!! He was so gentle, kind, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. He’s very proffessional and explained everything he was doing and why the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser and I would have another root canal again by him anytime. Trust me If you need a root canal done, Dr. Nasser is your guy!

In a nutshell, this: hands down, this was the best dental procedure of this kind that I’ve ever had. Dr Nasser’s office environment runs so professionally and efficiently that everything I encountered was clear, accurately described and explained, and there wasn’t any part of the endodontic experience that was painful or unsettling. Granted, I never want to HAVE to have another root canal that would require having to do this again, but if I did, Dr Nasser would be on my speed dial list! It was a masterclass in the procedure, and kudos to the doc for his amazing, too-notch technology and equipment. No complaints about anything, and remarkably, we were finished a bit earlier than promised because Dr Nasser left no stone unturned in the preparation and efficiency of this entire process. Highly Recommended!! If you need endodontic work done, Doctor Tom Nasser is the one!

Just incredible - I didn’t even have a chance to look at their reviews before scheduling an emergency root canal appt. I was referred by my amazing dentist Dr. Laucher (Image Dental in Carmel). I knew I would be in good hands with Dr. Nasser, but wow - I never thought a root canal would be so easy and painless. I was in and out in about an hour. Zero pain. A cushy massage chair to sit in with a nice window view. Dr. Nasser was professional and so personable. Even called to check in on me the next day and gave me another opportunity to ask questions. I have diagnosed health anxiety/OCD - I didn’t have to overthink or worry about this root canal. His expertise and positivity was reassuring! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

I keep reading that on his comments page, but it is true. Now, if he can just figure out a way to call it something else! A “root canal” sounds brutal-LOL . But it was anything but that.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Although, I must admit, I am not looking forward to ever having another major dental problem, if the need should ever arise, I will certainly call you. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. It also helped that he explained each step throughout the procedure to let me know how much longer we had to go to complete the procedure, which is important to the patient. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! I appreciate the emphasis on patient education and now understand better how my condition is improved having had the treatment. Thank you.
