I was in pain and needed a root canal. First endodontist had a 15 day wait. 2nd wanted an eval visit, and two visits for the procedure, and could not guarantee a timeline. Dr Nasser took me first thing in the morning. Scans and procedure all in under an hour. He explained the scans, explained every step during the procedure, showed me pics of what he did, and even called me the next morning. It's weird being so pleased with a root canal.

I was really impressed with dr. nasser! I have a deep fear of dentistry and I have autism so it can be really hard for me to get the help I need. He was so kind, confident, and above else explained every single detail so I knew what was happening 100% of the time! (This is a big thing for us on the spectrum knowing = calming) The one thing I will note is he doesn't offer sedation in office but is willing to work with your primary doctor to get you medicine for anxiety. I took it and was not scared at all. If I ever need another root canal (praying I don't!) I would go back to him 100%

I was referred to Doctor Nasser by my family dentist after he had seen some shadows in routine X-rays. Dr. Nasser got me on his schedule within a week of my call to him. I had no idea of what to expect, having heard horror stories about root canal procedures. He explained how it works and assured me it was not going to hurt. I had a 1:00 appointment and walked out of the office at 2:15 after having 2 root canal procedures. It was nothing like I had expected. No pain. I highly recommend Doctor Nasser to anyone needing his services. He personally called me the next day to make sure things were going well. The entire staff at Dr. Nasser’s office was absolutely top-notch! Dr. Nasser keeps you informed continuously as the process (root canal) continues. Prior to beginning the surgery I was shown a 3 dimensional photo of my teeth, the tooth which needed repair and exactly what was going to be done. The surgery went very smoothly and thoroughly. As someone who is very uncomfortable just visiting the dentist, let alone needing a root canal for the first time, I was quite nervous. Dr. Nasser’s bedside manner was incredible. He put me at ease throughout the entire procedure by explaining every step of the process. And most importantly for me there was no pain and it was completed in a little over an hour. I can’t say enough about Dr. Nasser, the state-of-art technology used and his staff. He also sent me follow-up email with a detailed assessment of my teeth including various images taken during the procedure. He seemed incredibly manic and honestly narcissistic. I couldn't go through with the procedure because of how strange he was acting, and as I left he continued to follow me out telling me he was kicking me out, rather than me leaving. Telling him I was anxious about dental procedures seemed to trigger something in him and he became irritable, he was even twitching.

I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through!
