I was very impressed with Dr. Nasser and his office staff. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do before he started. He explained what he was doing during the root canal. and went over what he had done at the completion of the procedure, explaining what was being done in each of the pictures he took during the procedure. He was careful to explain post-op instructions and be sure I understood them. He emailed a copy of his notes, complete with the pictures to my dentist and myself. The next day I got a phone call from him to see how I was feeling and if I had any problems or questions. I will definitely go to him again if I need any endodontic work in the future.

I had a very difficult tooth, which had caused me pain for at least two months. Dr Nasser explained everything he was doing during the procedure, and made me perfectly comfortable and confident.

I called Dr. Nasser's office last Friday (when office was closed) and he answered the phone. He talked to me about my tooth, got in touch with his insurance gal in the office while I was on hold to see if they covered my insurance, and he scheduled an appointment for Monday morning (today). I thought it was a consultation, but he had me down to do the root canal (I had already met with someone else who didn't take my insurance, so knew I needed the procedure). I was not prepared to have the root canal done today- but went ahead and had him do it. It was painless, only took 30 minutes, and was much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Nasser explained everything, helped me feel comfortable to go ahead and do the procedure; he even has a massage chair you sit in during the procedure. I would definitely refer him to anyone needing a root canal. I am a nurse, and felt he and his staff were very professional and friendly.

I ended up having two necessary root canals within a 5 day span. The nurses and especially Dr. Nasser made me feel so welcomed. They are all very professional. Dr. Nasser explained everything throughout my root canals which put me at ease. Absolutely great experience! Root canals are not as bad as people think. Thank you Dr Nasser and team for everything!!

You often hear terrible things about having a root canal but Dr. Nasser made a root canal feel like a visit to the spa! The massage chair and the great music made the experience very relaxing. And I walked in at 7:45 am and walked out at 8:45 am. Dr. Nasser is great at what he does and extremely pleasant to deal with. I will have any future root canal work done by Dr. Nasser and no one else! And the staff is awesome as well.

I was really nervous about getting a root canal but dr Nasser was great! He explained everything that was going on and made it look so simple. NO PAIN. During or after. You're all numbed up 🙂 I recommend him!

Hope I do not need another root canal but if I do, I would choose Dr. Nasser. He was pleasant and put me at ease right from the start. He reviewed my file and told me what he could and what my options were. The procedure was done with no pain and Dr. Nasser explained what he was doing throughout. The next day, I had no pain and Dr. Nasser even called me to check in.

Not only a ''painless event" this was my first ever RC ...Dr. Nasser and his entire staff keep you well informed and focus their personal attention to your needs...I was fully impressed. I ''semi" jokingly refer to my experience as having visited a " Root Canal SPA ". Can not say enough good things about Dr. Nasser and his staff A+++

Although very few people want to experience a root canal, I cannot imagine a better environment to do so than with Dr. Nasser and his staff. I was able to be scheduled the very day I called in. The staff made accommodations for another patient to be seen in my slot due to an emergent situation (I was pushed back just half an hour) and although that could be viewed as a minor inconvenience, I saw it as a testament to the offices commitment to patient care. I was thanked profusely for my flexibility, only proving further the offices commitment to excellent customer service. I was in and out in just over one hour. Dr. Nasser was expedient, efficient, thorough and made a not so wonderful circumstance (having to have a root canal) really positive. He was informative, reassuring and worked seamlessly alongside his very capable and kind hygienist. I was so pleased with everything he and his staff did to make me comfortable and would recommend this team to everyone I know. Very impressive!

I never fill out surveys but made and exception this time. From the time I left the office I was calling friends and family. I was impressed from the first phone call. Staff was great. I was given accurate directions to office, as construction was going on. The wait was less than 10 minutes after giving patient info. Once taken to the back Dr Nasser was amazing. He explained and walked me through entire procedure. Everything from the excellent bedside manner to the soothing 70's music had me at comfortable and at ease. The best part was the follow up phone call the next day from Dr Nasser. I hope to never need another root canal but if I do there is no question where I want to have procedure done. Great job from an amazing staff.

Surely no one looks forward to a root canal but, after having a root canal performed on my upper left second molar by Dr. Nasser, I would like to share my positive experience. Dr. Nasser is a gifted Endodontist utilizing the latest cutting edge technology in the operatory which results in a comfortable, time efficient, and very accurate procedure. Dr. Nasser is passionate about his chosen profession and truly cares for his patients comfort and wellbeing. A patient could not ask for a better experience or nicer support staff as well.

I was nervous when I went to Dr. Nasser for a root canal. I had heard all of the horror stories before. I wasn't really sure what to expect. Dr. Nasser was awesome. I had no wait when I arrived. He was able to explain the procedure to my husband and myself. My husband was able to stay in the room with me during the root canal. There was a monitor that showed everything that he was doing and my husband was able to watch. It was extremely painless. No pain after the anesthesia wore off. Dr. Nasser called the next day to check on me to see how I was feeling. I was feeling like a new person. I would recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone who asks.

I have had two other root canal procedures done by other doctors. The experience was totally different with Dr. Nassar and his team. It was relatively painless, quick, and I feel that I got the best possible care. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Nassar. I have never been to a more gentle dentist. From the front door all the way through I was treated like a VIP. Loved all the explanation from Dr. Nasser and loved watching him work on the TV. I must say this was truly an unbelievable experience for dental work. I, like most patients, the very word "root canal" implies you are going to a torture chamber but this was NOT what happened. If I ever have to have this again, I will go back to Dr. Nasser. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff.

Dr. Nasser was fabulous beginning with a sincere introduction. Next taking to time share the photos of my tooth while providing an explanation of the two options and then going into detail using terms that I understood. During the procedure Dr. Nasser provided a brief but informative step by step summary while checking from time to time to be sure I was enduring no pain. As the procedure had approximately 15 minutes or so to go, he provided a television screen/monitor which allowed be to view a portion of the procedure as it was taking place. Once completed, he took time to share pictures taken during my procedure and provided an explanation for each picture. He also explained that I could come back in six months for a complimentary follow-up call to ensure all is well. Dr. Nasser was sincere, very kind, and able to provide an explanation in terms that I understood, always verified I understood and asked I had any questions. To boot, he thanked me for being a good patient, escorted me to the check-out area, and shook my hand as he said hello and good-bye. Lastly, he personally placed a follow-up call to me the next morning to verify I was feeling fine and had no pain (unfortunately I missed the call). Sheila, assisted Dr. Nasser and was very pleasant, made me feel comfortable, and was very helpful. Andrea was an important part of the process from the first steps of making an appointment to my registration process to handling my insurance information. On a side note, the office is very accommodating and relaxing which included a comfortable chair with a built-in massage function. A “BIG” thanks to everyone.

I am amazed at how literally PAINLESS this procedure was but I know it is because Dr. Nasser is quite simply the BEST in his field. All of my fears were gently put to rest upon meeting him and then of course when he administered the anesthesia and he said, "you may feel a little pinch"-I felt absolutely NOTHING! There was no topical either-he said the trick is to go very slow. He explained what he was doing the entire time, he has a very calming "chair-side" manner. Plus, he listens to 70's music (my era), the only issue with this though and me is that I like to tap my foot or sing-along-you can't do that nor would you want to! He even called me the next day, even though he was in Nashville for a dental conference. He is very passionate about what he does and how he treats his patients. He loves a challenge and my 60 year old tooth didn't disappoint. While it was a challenge and took a little extra time to complete, he made sure all was done in one visit and of course he saved my tooth! I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser if you need a root canal.

My husband has been praising Dr. Thomas Nasser for years now. I finally went to him yesterday and I can not emphasize how great he is! He walks you through everything. He explains everything as he goes along. He is a MASTER at what he does! Plus, he is a very nice person! There is virtually NO PAIN with his root canal work. After years my husband has had NO problems at all with the work he has performed on him. In addition, he follows up with his patients to assure everything is well. I am confident that his work will last a lifetime. You will enjoy having him as your endodontist! In addition, his costs are right in line with other endodontists. I highly recommend him and his staff!!! Thank you so much Dr. Nasser for painlessly fixing my tooth in record time! I had no idea that you could fix it that same day, but you did! Dr. Nasser and his team performed flawlessly and exceeded all my expectations during my required root canal (my first). My dentist was unable to identify the tooth causing the pain and referred me to Dr. Nasser. He was able to see me the next day, identified the tooth within a few minutes and immediately took corrective action to address the tooth. To say I was scared is an understatement, but within a few minutes he calmed my nerves by thoroughly explaining the procedure and the pain was gone within 10 minutes of numbing the area, no pain during the procedure or during the recovery. I really mean NO pain - Thank you

Before the root canal procedure Dr. Nasser explains everything and also talk to me during the procedure. I experience was no pain during the procedure nor did I have pain the next day. I definitely would recommend anyone having to have a root canal to ask for Dr. Nasser. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and had informative videos on his web site so I knew what to expect even before I got to his office. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was in and out of his office and ready to go back to work in approximately one hour. His staff were friendly too. He even personally called me back the next day to see how I was doing. I never had any pain even after the procedure when the numbing effect wore off. Hopefully I will not need another root canal, but if I do I know where I will be going to have it done, Dr. Nasser.

I have had three root canals performed by Dr. Nasser over the years. He is highly professional, competent, and efficient. Outstanding communications in terms of steps that would be taken prior to the procedure, the steps taking place during the procedure, and then the outcome. I felt completely at ease and found my root canal procedure to be uneventful and painless.........literally. I can't think of anything that could be done better based on my experiences.
