My mother received Root Canal Therapy from Dr. Nasser and she could not be happier with the procedure and outcome! The staff made the appointment scheduling very easy. Dr. Nasser was very informative at every step in the procedure. The whole procedure for my mother was painless and post operation, she has had no pain and has take no pain medicine (not even Tylenol). Another difference is that the Root Canal took only 45 minutes. Not the longer 3-4 hour procedure of the past! Personally, it was nice to meet a fellow pilot too, over and out! This was my first root canal ever and I was extremely anxious. I had read the reviews but couldn’t believe that anybody could be this good… Dr. Nasser and his staff are. I experienced absolutely no pain during the procedure and a slight bit of discomfort afterwards, but no actual pain following the procedure either. It took about an hour and I was very comfortable the entire time. The whole process was easy, professional, and I will not hesitate to have the second one done when it becomes necessary, but only Dr. Nasser is going to do a root canal for me. The only recommendation I would have is maybe a bit more ZZ Top or Doobies in the piped in music selections…love the music!!!!

Being this was my first root canal, I was pretty anxious. As soon as I met Dr. Nassar, my anxiety was put at bay. He wrote the book on bed-side manner. He was extremely personal and could tell an expert in his field. He explained every part of the procedure in an easy to understand and reassuring manner. I felt ZERO pain during the entire process, from initial novocaine to walking out of the office. Bonus points for the massage chair and 70s music playing during the procedure! Dr. Nasser was very engaging and informative! He knows his stuff seriously. I got a root canal done by him on the same day I called. At first I was going to cancel my appointment because I couldn't afford the full payment, but they called me back and said they would do me a favor and allow me to pay half upfront and the other half later. I am so grateful they were willing to help me out, because there are a lot of dental practices out there that are only concerned with the money not actually helping the patient. That was not the case here! I was well taken care of. I still have to get my permanent fill but my tooth is healing well and I haven't had any pain. I will be back for my second root canal!

Dr. Nasser is above and beyond a true profesional. He walked me through every step of the root canal process. The actual procedure was very efficient and painless. The 70’s music and massage chair didn’t hurt either. Also, he has an amazing staff (especially Andrea) that worked with my difficult insurance to get my procedure pushed through. Dr. Nasser immediately followed up with my dentist on next steps and gave me a personal call next day to check-in. Hopefully, I don’t need to see them again anytime soon but I would highly recommended.

I usually don't write these reviews, but in this case, I do have to make an exception. The minute you walked into this clinic, you knew you walked into a first class organization by the courtesy and professional knowledge shown by the receiving staff. The same is also true for Dr. Tom Nasser. The explanations of the RCT procedure with all the tools available to him, allays any fears I had coming into the clinic. I was totally relaxed throughout the procedure with his friendly disposition. I will unequivocally and without any hesitation recommend Dr. Tom Nasser for any Endodontic therapies. By the way he got jokes too. He also followed up the next day to check on my well being. Which I really appreciated.

I visited Dr Nasser for an endodontic retreatment. It was not an easy molar tooth to work on and I am extremely happy to have it done by Dr Nasser. He explained the situation and options clearly before starting the treatment and he described clearly what he was doing during the procedure. He also called me the following day to check if everything is ok. Everyone in the office was friendly, the equipment is very modern, I did not feel any pain, and I was very well taken care of which is very important for me as I get very anxious during dentist appointments! This guy is the absolute best. You have nothing to stress about with Dr Nasser. He is so good. He's a ninja with the shots too. I don't know how he does it. Comfortable welcoming office, with floor to ceiling windows - chill 70's music, message chairs that are super comfortable. I also really appreciated him walking me through the procedure and explaining what he was using and doing at each step. -For me that was huge. I can't wait for my next root canal.

Amazing! I went in for a consult and came out with a completed root canal in less than 2 hours. As a long time "dentophobe" my anxiety when hearing that I needed yet another root canal was sky high. This was not the usual lengthy, uncomfortable, tortuous root canal. From the numbing to the end of the procedure, I felt NO PAIN. NONE!! I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

I keep reading that on his comments page, but it is true. Now, if he can just figure out a way to call it something else! A “root canal” sounds brutal-LOL . But it was anything but that.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Although, I must admit, I am not looking forward to ever having another major dental problem, if the need should ever arise, I will certainly call you. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. It also helped that he explained each step throughout the procedure to let me know how much longer we had to go to complete the procedure, which is important to the patient. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! I appreciate the emphasis on patient education and now understand better how my condition is improved having had the treatment. Thank you.
