I was so surprised how "painless" and how at ease everyone makes you feel. I really don't want another root canal, but if I did, I would run to Dr. Nasser.

I had the best possible experience at Dr. Nasser's office. Dr. Nasser is very considerate and kind but efficient and I totally appreciate this as a fellow professional person. I was having a somewhat complicated root canal and Dr. Nasser totally put me at ease. I had multiple shots in my gums and roof of mouth and I didn't feel a single one. (unbelievable). Dr. Nasser explained every thing he was doing to me and how it would sound as I was undergoing this procedure; I learned lots. Dr. Nasser has a good sense of humor, an efficient and friendly office staff, and a wonderful assistant which all adds up to a stress-free procedure. If you need an Endo you need to come here, he's simply the best!

Unbelievable experience from very start to finish. It could not have been a better experience. Everything is explained very thorough and you can ask questions and get answers. Very nice office, staff, & setting. I walked in with severe pain at 11:00 a.m., left at 12:30 not feeling any pain, and as of this writing the next morning, I feel absolutely no pain at all. Amazing to feel no discomfort after such an extensive procedure. I was overly thrilled to check out and pay for the outstanding service I received. Such a small price for such great pain relief. Dr. Nasser is just AMAZING!

Dr. Nasser and his staff was AWESOME!!!! I love the fact that he explains everything that he is doing along the way. This is my second root canal with Dr. Nasser and it has been one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had. Him and his staff is truly amazing. If you ever need a root canal, then this is the place you need to go. Oh I almost forgot, the chair that you sit in massages your back. Plus the music that he plays is perfect!!!

I had the most pleasant and smooth experience with DR. Nasser! He did a great job doing my root canal. Also we was patient and considerate with all of my concerns before hand. I also had HIGH anxiety about getting a rot canal through a past experience but that all went away after Dr. Nasser was got through with me. Overall such a great and fun experience! I would certainly recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, but most especially to someone like me who is always very nervous about a dental visit. I called his office shortly before the appointment with some questions thinking that I would talk with a staff member and, to my surprise, Dr. Nasser answered the phone. He answered my questions, asked me some questions about what I had written in my online registration, and assured me that I did not need to be nervous. Amazingly he was right! Even though my particular procedure was not the easiest, he did it painlessly, even the numbing, and he helped me to stay comfortable for the entire hour that I was in the chair. I am most grateful to Dr. Nasser, to all of his staff, and to my general dentist for recommending me to his care.

Root canals are never fun but my experience with Dr. Nasser and staff made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I began having tooth pain the day before on a Sunday was able to get in to see my dentist the next morning and Dr. Nasser's office was able to fit me right in the same day. I loved how he was explaining to me how the procedure would go, talked me through it during the procedure and explained to me how the upcoming days would be. I would recommend Dr. Nasser and staff in a heartbeat for anyone that needs to have a root canal. Hopefully that would not be the case but if it is, please visit Dr. Nasser.

Dr Nasser showed great concern for my pain level, and overall comfort. He completely explained everything that needed to be done. During the procedure every facet of what was being done at the time was given an oral explanation, and after the procedure I was shown pictures of the finished product. I was called by Dr Nasser the next day personally to see how I was doing, pain level, and if I needed anything. Very pleased overall, and would highly recommend.

Dr. Nassar exceeded my expectations with the root canal treatment. He worked quick but also took his time to make sure everything was very well cleaned. Dr Nasser and staff are the best! I’ve had three root canals over a period of 15 years and each time I’ve had a truly wonderful experience. Dr Nasser skipped lunch one time to fit me in on an emergency root canal procedure. The entire staff is pleasant and very thorough from start to finish. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is wonderful. I had not had any dental work in a very long time and was scared to death. Dr.Nasser was patient with me and totally put me at ease. No pain whatsoever. Dr. Nassar was very kind, gentle and professional. My root canal proved to be rather challenging and more lengthy than planned, and he went out of his way to complete the treatment in one setting. He quietly explained each step of the process, showing me various items, and explained discharge instructions well.. As a retired RN, I greatly appreciated this and gave him a big "thumbs up"! I received a copy of his procedure report and photos later the same day by e-mail. The next morning he called to see how I was doing! I have never had a doctor call me after a procedure or surgery except one time - very nice indeed and just shows what a caring man he is. A root canal is not really an enjoyable experience most of us desire; however Dr. Nassar's demeanor, kindness, explanations, his provision of nice background music and, of course, the continuous back massage from the chair made it "almost" enjoyable. I highly recommend his services to any in need!!

My experience was unexspectfully delightful. Dr. Nasser was so professional & made me feel comfortable from beginning to the end of my procedure. Informed me what he was doing every step of the way. This was the best experience I have had regarding dental care. I called with an emergency the morning of (scrambling to get an appointment). Dr. Nasser was able to see me that same day and I was in and out of procedure within 2 hours with little to no pain the entire time. The experience with Dr.Nasser and his staff set new expectations across the board for me regarding dental care. The entire time he walked me through the procedure and what he was doing. My dentist was able to refer and get me an appointment in the same day! I’ve never had a root canal and I was petrified. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in as helped ease my fear. Dr. Nasser was incredibly informative, kind, patient and skilled. Other than the pinch from the numbing, I felt nothing! He talked me through the whole thing and gave me complete confidence in his ability. I have a small mouth and it was a tooth in a hard to work on area. He had no issues. My dentist told me, “If you have to have a root canal, Dr. Nasser is your guy” and I’d definitely have to agree!

I am a VERY nervous patient and typically only see my usual dentist, but this was an emergency so she had to refer me to Dr Nasser, I trusted her judgement and I am glad that I did!! For the first time in my life I underwent an entire procedure without nitrous and I didn’t panic!! I was relaxed the entire time and ready to take a nap!! I have had several root canals by Dr Nasser and they were all successful. Everything is explained and the procedure is basically pain free. Making sure there are no additional roots and taking care of them if there are is very important. The office has the latest equipment to ensure success and from scheduling to follow up everything is done very professionally and politely. It was worth it to me to drive from Pittsburgh to Indy as I recently moved to receive this great care and have it done right. Highly recommend!

From a very critical and picky patient point of view, I would be extremely surprised if you could find a better endodontist anywhere. Dr. Nasser knows his stuff in depth and he is extremely detail oriented. Dr. Nasser is equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology and he uses them with mastery and precision. Moreover, Dr. Nasser took the time to clearly explain every single step before, during and after the procedure. "Top 1%"

The great communication continued through the procedure itself with Dr. Nasser explaining, literally, every step of the procedure at every stage. I was well informed and simply wasn't allowed to get anxious about the procedure, such was the demeanor, communication and professionalism of Dr. Nasser and the staff. I can't say it enough, it simply doesn't get any better than this. I was given the choice by my dentist of having my tooth removed or trying to have Dr. Nasser save it. I had a root canal on a tooth that was difficult to get to. Dr. Nassar completed the procedure within an hour of the time I arrived (on Christmas Eve no less!), and I experienced no pain at all. Even post-op I have had no pain or discomfort. If you need a root canal this is your guy! Highly recommended!
