Dr. Nasser was beyond great. I have severe dental anxiety and with being pregnant I was unable to take medication to help with calming. Dr. Nasser knew this and he kept me calm through the entire procedure. He explained every single thing he was doing, every sound, every smell, and best of all explained them all in terms that a regular person would understand. He was very polite, had wonderful bedside manner, and caring. If you need a root canal, then Dr. Nasser is your man. Also the massage chair and the cocoa butter lip chap they used were an awesome bonus. Hands down best dental experience ever.

Dr. Nasser responded expeditiously to my emergent requirement ( badly cracked incisor ) with skill and professionalism. He completely explained courses of action ( pluses and minuses ) and demonstrated sincere concern for my predicament. I am more than pleased with his performance: he was "up front" and "knew his stuff". Based his outstanding work I was able to have another skilled dentist continue at my direction to install a suitable crown on the damaged tooth suitable to my desires.

Dr. Nasser is amazing! I have had literally hundreds of hours of time in the dentist chair over my 63 years with one root canal, many fillings, many crowns and a bridge (done and redone), but this was my first experience with an endodontist. Everything about this root canal was smooth, efficient and non-threatening. Dr. Nasser is driven to provide all the info you need to feel comfortable about what you will have done. The other root canal I had done many years ago was over 3 hours long and I had pain for days afterward, but Dr. Nasser's golden hands worked wonders in less than an hour (and it was my rear molar, not easy to work on!). The best part is that I never felt any pain during the procedure and better yet absolutely none when the anesthesia wore off or anytime later!!!!! A couple hours after I left the office I had to keep reminding myself that I had had a root canal so that I didn't chew on that side because I had no pain to help remind me. Everyone should experience this great kind of service and professionalism at least once in their lives. Thank you Dr. Nasser!

I can't believe that I would be responding that a root canal treatment was surprisingly painless and how pleased I am with the outcome. All through the procedure Dr. Nasser explained every step of the way and did not miss a beat as he performed his very detailed and meticulous procedure while I was alert and in no pain! The end result is unbelievable compared to the annoying pain that I was in for nearly a week. Dr. Nasser's staff from the start to end were top notch from my first encounter scheduling my appointment. Dr. Nasser has a great sense of humor and very pleasant personality in addition to personal post follow-up to check on me the next day. Highly recommended!

It seems strange to say that I enjoyed by root canal treatment. It is like Dr. Nasser thoroughly thought about what he could do to lessen the anxiety and pain usually associated with a root canal. He is very good at numbing the area, explaining beforehand what he was going to do, and let you know what was coming throughout the procedure.

I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

procedure, thereby alleviating all fears about “what is” or ” what is about” to happen. He wastes no time and gets the job done much sooner than you would expect. He also shows a personal concern for his patients with follow-up personal phone calls and e-mails to inquire about their well-being. He is also to be commended for his
use of technology during the procedure – letting the patient “see” what’s going with the use of computers etc.

I keep reading that on his comments page, but it is true. Now, if he can just figure out a way to call it something else! A “root canal” sounds brutal-LOL . But it was anything but that.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Although, I must admit, I am not looking forward to ever having another major dental problem, if the need should ever arise, I will certainly call you. I will also recommend you to anyone I know that may need endodontic care. Thank you.

Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. It also helped that he explained each step throughout the procedure to let me know how much longer we had to go to complete the procedure, which is important to the patient. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! I appreciate the emphasis on patient education and now understand better how my condition is improved having had the treatment. Thank you.

Great experience. Among the best I’ve had for dental issues. Great explanation of procedure, as well as post-procedure care. First time that I’ve not felt the needle going in for the anesthetic. Okay, I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going to Dr. Nasser. A dentist apt. ranks right up there as number 1 when it comes to where I don’t want to go the most.
