This root canal was totally pain free! Even the shot in the roof of my mouth! I love the dental patient massage chair! The consultation and watching the procedure on camera was amazing! We listen to my type of music and he would tell you what he doing and why! It was like having a lesson in endodontics for which I actually enjoyed! Root canal procedures have changed since I had one 20 years ago and I was amazed of high tech equipment Dr. Nasser is so nice and amazing and loves his work! I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! I highly recommend him a great staff!

This is painless and he walks you through each step. He even lets you watch if you care to. Very quick and seemingly simple even though it is a quite complex procedure, at lease in my eyes. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Nasser was nothing but professional, courteous and diligent. I would highly recommend him. He ensured taking his time doing my Novocaine to lessen the sting. My tooth had long roots and 4 canals instead of 2 so I was a more difficult case. He was a "perfectionist" I'm regards to treating my case!

Dr. Tom Nasser is the embodiment of the ideal professional. He is an artist and enormously gifted oral surgeon, has a wonderful patient contact and complete communication. the procedure is as easy to undergo as it could possibly be, the after effects essentially non-existent and the whole experience the best one could hope for if such an experience becomes necessary. A fine person from a fine family with an exemplary practice.

For having a root canal, this was the absolute best visit to a dental office I have ever experienced. Dr. Nasser called me (on a Saturday) to schedule my appointment himself. He explained the entire procedure to me before and during the root canal. I enjoyed having the option to look at the monitor as he was doing parts of the procedure. He was extremely comforting, knowledgeable, and proficient. He even got my coat and purse for me and walked me to the registration desk. Superior customer service. His assistant was friendly and the office staff courteous and smiling. I commend the practice that he has built and will be sending out my recommendations to those in need of his expertise and service.

This was my first root canal. I went in with only the knowledge of others experiences, with other doctors. Dr. Nasser talked through step by step what he was going to do. If the procedure took more then a half hour total I'd be surprised. I left with a numb mouth, but needed zero pain relievers after the numbness wore off. Dr. Nasser even called to check on me the next day.

I would highly, highly recommend that you see Dr. Nasser if you need to go to an endodontist. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but during my root canal I went from dreading the experience to being so glad I came. This was definitely a very positive experience, and I would go back should I ever need endodontic work again (hopefully that's not the case)! Dr. Nasser was very personable and explained everything before and during my root canal, so I definitely knew what work was being done in my own mouth. It was quick and there was very little pain. All the stories I've heard about root canals did not ring true, and this visit made my day - my week, even. I have a feeling that my tooth won't be giving me any more grief. Don't hesitate to make an appointment!

Great experience with Dr.Nasser! I was so nervous and anxious about my root canal, and my visit was not all what I expected! Dr. Nasser is calm and friendly and reassuring. He talks you through the procedure and the massage chair is awesome! I was eventually able to settle down and actually lived through this experience with flying colors. If you need to see a specialist, I HIGHLY recommend this office. The staff is as equally friendly and professional as Dr.Nasser. Overall I can't recommend Dr. Nasser enough. Broke a tooth over Labor Day and he was able to see me the very next day, perform the root canal and I was out of there in under an hour. He and his staff are extremely friendly and courteous and he will walk through the whole process step by step.

First, I was in the lobby looking for the floor and room number with my referral form from Dr. Ball in my hand. A young lady said follow me I work there. No 1 good impression. Next the Asst. seated me and the Doctor came in and told me what he was going to do. During the procedure he kept me informed and kept wanting to know if I was ok. what I thought would be a not so nice procedure turned into " a piece of cake". No 2 good impression. Thursday afternoon I receive a phone call from Dr. Nasser himself wanting to know how I was doing. No 3 good impression. Over all, a very good impression and I would go to no other Doctor if I needed another root canal. A very well ioled machine is your office. Harold

Like some of other testimonials, I was anxious about root canal because people told me about bad experiences. Dr. Nasser puts one at ease explaining procedure and is very gentle. I was very impressed with Dr. Nasser and his office staff. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do before he started. He explained what he was doing during the root canal. and went over what he had done at the completion of the procedure, explaining what was being done in each of the pictures he took during the procedure. He was careful to explain post-op instructions and be sure I understood them. He emailed a copy of his notes, complete with the pictures to my dentist and myself. The next day I got a phone call from him to see how I was feeling and if I had any problems or questions. I will definitely go to him again if I need any endodontic work in the future.

I had a very difficult tooth, which had caused me pain for at least two months. Dr Nasser explained everything he was doing during the procedure, and made me perfectly comfortable and confident.

I called Dr. Nasser's office last Friday (when office was closed) and he answered the phone. He talked to me about my tooth, got in touch with his insurance gal in the office while I was on hold to see if they covered my insurance, and he scheduled an appointment for Monday morning (today). I thought it was a consultation, but he had me down to do the root canal (I had already met with someone else who didn't take my insurance, so knew I needed the procedure). I was not prepared to have the root canal done today- but went ahead and had him do it. It was painless, only took 30 minutes, and was much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Nasser explained everything, helped me feel comfortable to go ahead and do the procedure; he even has a massage chair you sit in during the procedure. I would definitely refer him to anyone needing a root canal. I am a nurse, and felt he and his staff were very professional and friendly.

I ended up having two necessary root canals within a 5 day span. The nurses and especially Dr. Nasser made me feel so welcomed. They are all very professional. You often hear terrible things about having a root canal but Dr. Nasser made a root canal feel like a visit to the spa! The massage chair and the great music made the experience very relaxing. And I walked in at 7:45 am and walked out at 8:45 am. Dr. Nasser is great at what he does and extremely pleasant to deal with. I will have any future root canal work done by Dr. Nasser and no one else! And the staff is awesome as well.

Hope I do not need another root canal but if I do, I would choose Dr. Nasser. He was pleasant and put me at ease right from the start. He reviewed my file and told me what he could and what my options were. The procedure was done with no pain and Dr. Nasser explained what he was doing throughout. Although very few people want to experience a root canal, I cannot imagine a better environment to do so than with Dr. Nasser and his staff. I was able to be scheduled the very day I called in. The staff made accommodations for another patient to be seen in my slot due to an emergent situation (I was pushed back just half an hour) and although that could be viewed as a minor inconvenience, I saw it as a testament to the offices commitment to patient care. I was thanked profusely for my flexibility, only proving further the offices commitment to excellent customer service. I was in and out in just over one hour. Dr. Nasser was expedient, efficient, thorough and made a not so wonderful circumstance (having to have a root canal) really positive. He was informative, reassuring and worked seamlessly alongside his very capable and kind hygienist. I was so pleased with everything he and his staff did to make me comfortable and would recommend this team to everyone I know. Very impressive!

I never fill out surveys but made and exception this time. From the time I left the office I was calling friends and family. I was impressed from the first phone call. Staff was great. I was given accurate directions to office, as construction was going on. The wait was less than 10 minutes after giving patient info. Once taken to the back Dr Nasser was amazing. He explained and walked me through entire procedure. Everything from the excellent bedside manner to the soothing 70's music had me at comfortable and at ease. The best part was the follow up phone call the next day from Dr Nasser. I hope to never need another root canal but if I do there is no question where I want to have procedure done. Great job from an amazing staff.

Surely no one looks forward to a root canal but, after having a root canal performed on my upper left second molar by Dr. Nasser, I would like to share my positive experience.
