I was nervous when I went to Dr. Nasser for a root canal. I had heard all of the horror stories before. I wasn't really sure what to expect. Dr. Nasser was awesome. I had no wait when I arrived. He was able to explain the procedure to my husband and myself. My husband was able to stay in the room with me during the root canal. There was a monitor that showed everything that he was doing and my husband was able to watch. It was extremely painless. No pain after the anesthesia wore off. Dr. Nasser called the next day to check on me to see how I was feeling. I was feeling like a new person. I would recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone who asks.

I have had two other root canal procedures done by other doctors. The experience was totally different with Dr. Nassar and his team. It was relatively painless, quick, and I feel that I got the best possible care. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Nassar. I have never been to a more gentle dentist. From the front door all the way through I was treated like a VIP. Loved all the explanation from Dr. Nasser and loved watching him work on the TV. I must say this was truly an unbelievable experience for dental work. I, like most patients, the very word "root canal" implies you are going to a torture chamber but this was NOT what happened. If I ever have to have this again, I will go back to Dr. Nasser. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff.

Dr. Nasser was fabulous beginning with a sincere introduction. Next taking to time share the photos of my tooth while providing an explanation of the two options and then going into detail using terms that I understood. During the procedure Dr. Nasser provided a brief but informative step by step summary while checking from time to time to be sure I was enduring no pain. As the procedure had approximately 15 minutes or so to go, he provided a television screen/monitor which allowed be to view a portion of the procedure as it was taking place. Once completed, he took time to share pictures taken during my procedure and provided an explanation for each picture. He also explained that I could come back in six months for a complimentary follow-up call to ensure all is well. Dr. Nasser was sincere, very kind, and able to provide an explanation in terms that I understood, always verified I understood and asked I had any questions. To boot, he thanked me for being a good patient, escorted me to the check-out area, and shook my hand as he said hello and good-bye. Lastly, he personally placed a follow-up call to me the next morning to verify I was feeling fine and had no pain (unfortunately I missed the call). Sheila, assisted Dr. Nasser and was very pleasant, made me feel comfortable, and was very helpful. Andrea was an important part of the process from the first steps of making an appointment to my registration process to handling my insurance information. On a side note, the office is very accommodating and relaxing which included a comfortable chair with a built-in massage function. A “BIG” thanks to everyone.

I am amazed at how literally PAINLESS this procedure was but I know it is because Dr. Nasser is quite simply the BEST in his field. All of my fears were gently put to rest upon meeting him and then of course when he administered the anesthesia and he said, "you may feel a little pinch"-I felt absolutely NOTHING! There was no topical either-he said the trick is to go very slow. He explained what he was doing the entire time, he has a very calming "chair-side" manner. Plus, he listens to 70's music (my era), the only issue with this though and me is that I like to tap my foot or sing-along-you can't do that nor would you want to! He even called me the next day, even though he was in Nashville for a dental conference. He is very passionate about what he does and how he treats his patients. He loves a challenge and my 60 year old tooth didn't disappoint. While it was a challenge and took a little extra time to complete, he made sure all was done in one visit and of course he saved my tooth! I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser if you need a root canal.

My husband has been praising Dr. Thomas Nasser for years now. I finally went to him yesterday and I can not emphasize how great he is! He walks you through everything. He explains everything as he goes along. He is a MASTER at what he does! Plus, he is a very nice person! There is virtually NO PAIN with his root canal work. After years my husband has had NO problems at all with the work he has performed on him. In addition, he follows up with his patients to assure everything is well. I am confident that his work will last a lifetime. You will enjoy having him as your endodontist! In addition, his costs are right in line with other endodontists. I highly recommend him and his staff!!! Thank you so much Dr. Nasser for painlessly fixing my tooth in record time! I had no idea that you could fix it that same day, but you did! Dr. Nasser and his team performed flawlessly and exceeded all my expectations during my required root canal (my first). My dentist was unable to identify the tooth causing the pain and referred me to Dr. Nasser. He was able to see me the next day, identified the tooth within a few minutes and immediately took corrective action to address the tooth. To say I was scared is an understatement, but within a few minutes he calmed my nerves by thoroughly explaining the procedure and the pain was gone within 10 minutes of numbing the area, no pain during the procedure or during the recovery. I really mean NO pain - Thank you

Before the root canal procedure Dr. Nasser explains everything and also talk to me during the procedure. I experience was no pain during the procedure nor did I have pain the next day. Dr. Nasser follow up with me the next day to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone who need a root canal.

I definitely would recommend anyone having to have a root canal to ask for Dr. Nasser. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and had informative videos on his web site so I knew what to expect even before I got to his office. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was in and out of his office and ready to go back to work in approximately one hour. His staff were friendly too. He even personally called me back the next day to see how I was doing. I never had any pain even after the procedure when the numbing effect wore off. Hopefully I will not need another root canal, but if I do I know where I will be going to have it done, Dr. Nasser.

I have had three root canals performed by Dr. Nasser over the years. He is highly professional, competent, and efficient. Outstanding communications in terms of steps that would be taken prior to the procedure, the steps taking place during the procedure, and then the outcome. I felt completely at ease and found my root canal procedure to be uneventful and painless.........literally. I can't think of anything that could be done better based on my experiences.

Dr. Nasser did fantastic work. He is very diligent and detailed in his procedures. The microscope and new equipment insured the root canal was perfect. While he works you can watch on a large LCD display which I found very interesting. All the treatment is explained in detail. This is the only Endodontist I will use in the future.

I realized I had not given a review even though I have had two procedures. If someone said I needed another root canal, I would not hesitate to go to Dr Nasser. He made it easy for me and explained the procedure as it went along. I always refer him to anyone even if they are not having problems. AND NO PAIN!!

Overall Dr. Nasser is the best I've encountered in (4) four root canal procedures in my life. Good conversation, great procedure explanations, and his confidence are three things that stood out for me in reflection of my visit with Nasser. I could use this type of dental care on a regular basis, but I guess he only specializes in root canals... Dr.Nasser, maybe your should change your focus?

Dr. Nasser is pleasant, amusing, and thorough. He explains each step of the process clearly and is obviously very good at what he does. Fastest root canal ever, and he was able to numb an area in my mouth that three other dentists could not. The mechanical chair massage was a surprise bonus - it really does help you relax. While obviously I am not looking forward to more root canals in my future, I will certainly see Dr. Nasser should I need another.

Dr. Nasser took me immediately after my dentist referred him. He had to skip or delay his lunch. He was very professional. My root canal procedure went very well. No pain. The chair provides a back massage, which is a nice touch. Whatever anesthesia (Novocaine) he used did not hurt and wore off quickly after the procedure. I had no pain whatsoever after the procedure. If you have to have a root canal, go to Dr. Nasser.

Dr. Nasser did a 'retreatment' of a 50 year old root canal that had abscessed. My family dentist had warned me that the success-rate for 'retreatment' is not great. However, now two months later I am delighted to report that due to his skill, the 'retreatment' is totally successful. Not only was being treated by Dr. Nasser a pleasant experience, he made the estimated $6-7K extraction and implant that would have been required, unnecessary because of his skill. MANY THANKS!!!!

Dr. Nasser explained the process in layman terms before he started, during the procedure and after. He asked me often if I was doing all right throughout the procedure too. He had a genuine concern for me. He was also very attentive to all the questions I asked. I was also pleasantly surprised by him calling me directly the next day to check on me.

This was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. If you are in need of a Root Canal or just need an exam from an Endodontist I would definetly recommend Dr. Nasser. He has the best and most up to date equipment to help him not only make the right diagnosis but to be able to show you why it is the right diagnosis. The 3D CT scan was amazing! And the floor to ceiling windows in the patient rooms was the icing on the cake. It was a great experience. Thank you!

I had an emergency root canal on Dr Nasser's day off. He met me at his office within 30 minutes of our phone conversation. He was gentle ( I had a very bad experience with another endo doctor a few years ago which left me terrified of ever having another root canal). He put me at ease by taking his time and explaining the procedure in detail. I would highly recommend Dr Nasser. Office staff was also very friendly and competent.

I was in a great deal of pain and after going to my Dentist, she suggesting that I need to see an endodontist, Dr. Nasser agreed to see me immediately. I went to his office, he had already reviewed my x-rays and agreed to do the root canal right then. He was absolutely wonderful every step of the way. Dr Nasser made a root canal almost a pleasant experience vs a lot of anxiety. He explained everything he was doing — even the noise level of the equipment he used. I have shared his name with my friends and co-workers in the event they need endo work Thanks to Dr Nasser for doing 2 teeth w/root canal needs the same day & time in an efficient manner. His attention to detail resulted in virtually no pain during the procedure or after in the days to follow.
