Dr. Nasser is truly at the top of his field. He has mastered chairside etiquette and has a gift for making his patients feel welcome, safe and well cared for. He offers the most up to date treatment and equipment which results in the highest level of dental care and an efficient and painless appointment with him. He has a small team of office personnel that are more like a family to him. This shows his true character as a person. It is a very comforting environment to be in since they all really love what they do and they also love each other. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his office.

When I went to see Dr. Nasser, it was not the first time I had a root canal. I will say it is the first time it has been enjoyable. What a fantastic craftsman. His work is excellent and literally pain free (during and after). Who would give a referral for a root canal and yet, I've spoken to a dozen people in just the first two days after the work was done to let them know if they ever needed a root canal, this is the guy. So pleased with the experience. I asked my wife, why people wouldn't go remove the root on each tooth in advance of the pain, given his work. That might be a bit farfetched, but it gets my point across.

Be cautious in selecting Dr. Nassar as an endodontist. Something is wrong with this practitioner. Although there are positive reviews of this doctor, look closely at his negative reviews to see a pattern of unprofessional and abusive behavior. On the morning of my consultation, Dr. Nassar greeted me with: “Hi, I’m Dr Nassar. (Handshake) I’m crazy; are you crazy? Now, the only way this is going to work today is if I do the talking and you do the listening. I am the endodontist here.” This tough, aggressive behavior continued throughout the rest of my appointment. Dr. Nasser berated me for interrupting him with questions, chastised me for placing my mouth incorrectly on the CAT scan mouthpiece and scolded me for not listening to him carefully. He discussed other practitioners and former employees in a negative tone. At the conclusion of a very rushed, manic appointment, Dr Nassar sat down to draw an illustration of an infected tooth and root canal. I tried to take the opportunity to ask my questions, but was once again scolded for not listening and interrupting him. And then, Dr Nassar put his pen and paper down, folded his arms across his chest and told me to leave his office. He told me that my body language indicated I wasn't interested in having him perform a root canal. So, instead of wasting more of his morning, he could use the extra time to take a long lunch. He said if I didn’t want to be there, I should leave. So I did.

My overall experience with Dr. Nasser was a 15 out of a 10! I was very nervous prior to arriving for my root canal but Dr. Nasser and his staff were immediately able to put my mind at ease, We listened to some good 70s music as i got my back lightly massaged by a built in the chair shiatsu massager. This was an excellent visit. I needed a root canal and Dr. Nassar squeezed me in so I wouldn't have to come back. He explained every x-ray to me and showed me exactly what he would be doing. During the procedure, he explained what he was doing and why. Dr. Nassar called me the next day to see how I was feeling and if everything was better. He did the root canal so fast, I was in and out long before I thought I would be. My mouth feels great now!

The idea of a Root Canal carries with it so much apprehension! However in truth, it is my experience the mouth pain that I have endured is routinely before I have the root canal. I was referred to Dr. Nasser by my dentist who herself had used him. I'm not a frequent flier when it comes to dental issues and generally like to be educated to learn as much as possible by asking questions, which can put some providers "off". I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. It also helped that he explained each step throughout the procedure to let me know how much longer we had to go to complete the procedure, which is important to the patient. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! Okay, I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going to Dr. Nasser. A dentist apt. ranks right up there as number 1 when it comes to where I don’t want to go the most.
