Root canal went as smooth as butter. The numbness from the anesthesia wore off a few hours ago and I'm just a tiny bit sore, but I didn't take the ibuprofen thats suggested. I don't feel I even need that. Dr. Nasser has a subtle sense of humor which almost cracked me up a few times but I was able to hold it in. Staff was very friendly as well. All things considered, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Dr. Nasser and crew!

This is my second root canal with Dr. Nasser. I felt very comfortable both times. I would highly recommend this office. The whole staff is cordial and reassuring. Dr. Nasser is very thorough with his explanations of procedures. My pain was minimal.

Going to the dentist can be stressful but going to an endodontist can just be scary. Dr. Nasser is kind, friendly, efficient, and makes you feel comfortable the entire procedure. Dr. Nasser walked me through the entire procedure, checked in often, and was clearly very experienced in his field. His staff was all also kind. There was no wait time, it was easy to schedule, and they checked in on me the next day to see how I was healing. I wish more doctors visits were like this one. I wish all doctors could see the the routine that is a visit to Dr Nassers office. Walk in and immediately be seated in a treatment room and Dr Tom is there to start your procedure. He explains what he is doing and what he is using while checking on you as he goes. I would recommend his treatment to anyone.

Tom Nasser and his group did an amazing job, no one wants a root canal but he put me at ease very quickly. I was in and out amazingly fast, he explained what he was doing as he did it and showed me pictures after, it was truly an uneventful visit. No issues and his personal follow up was very appreciated. If you need endodontics, this is your guy. I kept my eyed closed most of the time, as he was talking and I thought, OMG Tom Petty is doing my root canal, that's who he sounded like to me :). Very pleased, I may go back for another it was so pleasant.

Dr. Nasser performed an excellent job on my root canal. I came to his office with extreme pain and he listened to my concerns and numbed me right away to stop the pain. Dr. Nasser's office prioritized my root canal and were able to get me an appointment within days of calling, which other endodontists did not do. My first root canal performed by a general dentist was very painful and I had doubts about finishing my root canal, but Dr. Nasser reassured me that I would be numbed well. I didn't feel a single thing during my root canal and was provided time updates by Dr. Nasser during the procedure so I always knew what was going on. I hope I never need another root canal again, but if I did, Dr. Nasser would be my first call.

Dr. Nassar's office is absolutely the place to go if you ever need a root canal. When I spoke to Dr. Nassar to schedule the appointment, he said there was no reason to worry about it at all....he was right. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt at ease. Dr. Nassar and everyone on his staff are the best! I felt no pain at any time during the entire one hour procedure. Dr. Nassar explained the procedure using pictures, xrays and drawings prior to doing the work as well as explaining the instruments and each step of the procedure as he was performing the root canal. To give you a clear overview I am a person that experiences high anxiety even about general dentistry appointments. Dr. Nasser was so skilled, I almost went to sleep during the procedure on one of my molars. After the numbing medicine wore off that evening , I experienced literally no pain or discomfort. In addition, the office staff is an extension of my stellar experience. I chose a different endodontist than I was originally referred to but I did my own research with multiple search sources, read countless reviews, double checked with a retired dentist and now writing a real review. No one wants a root canal but if you have to get one, call Dr Nasser’s office.

I was very nervous prior to having this procedure but Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the procedure and took extra precautions to ensure I was comfortable. I never felt any pain throughout the process, was amazed at how fast he was able to get the work completed and post-procedure just a little (very little) jaw soreness. I was back at work the same day with no issues. I hope to never require this procedure again but if I had I to, Dr. Nasser would be my go-to Endodontist!

For a root canal - this was a great experience, even funny at times as the doctor using some humor to navigate the experience. Love the 70s music playing in the back ground and the massage chair is a great touch for a working mom of two who never makes time for herself. In all honestly, top notch experience all the way around. I will gladly recommend your office to people i know.

Pretty awesome dental experience as far as getting a root canal goes. Dr. Nasser showed great expertise and knowledge. Painless visit and debunked my preconceived negative notion of a root canal. I’m 48 hours post visit, but would highly recommend Dr. Nasser.

It is scary thinking you may need a root canal, but it is actually easier and less painful than having treatment at the dentist for a cavity. The best nurses and doctor out there. I was scared to death to get my first root canal. The nurse and doctor chemistry was amazing! The doctor is slick. He walks you through the procedure in a calm way. I set down expecting a nightmare. 7 hours later I have yet to have a pinch of pain! This place is amazing. You can’t find a better place!

I never had a root canal before today 12/28/20 I met Dr Nasser and he was very nice and his explanations were complete he even drew pictures to explain treatment and all options explained. Dr Nasser has a great sense of humor and calming voice. Again he explained the procedure and spoke during the root canal to keep me informed of process. He shared the X-ray pictures with a me, Before and after treatment. Dr Nasser and his staff completely understand customer service and I rate them superior. Having had a couple root canals prior to being referred to Dr. Nasser, I won’t be going anywhere else. When people hear the words "root canal" their first thought is ouch. At 74 years old and having had 6-8 root canals by about 6 different endocrinologists over the years, after meeting and having been the recipient of one by Dr. Nassar, finally I know what the procedure can and should be like! Absolutely no pain during or after the procedure Dr. Nassar explains everything in detail and even during the process. Personable, friendly, funny using state of the art equipment Dr. Nassar's calm demeanor puts you at ease right away. The bottom line is I would even go so far as to call my experience with Dr. Nassar as enjoyable.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and Dr Nasser made me feel extremely comfortable and informed through the whole procedure. I don’t write reviews usually but he and his staff deserve the praise. If you need a root canal then this is only place to come in the Indy area.

I came in for two root canals and I was honestly terrified. I've never had one done and heard so many horror stories. Dr. Nasser put my mind at ease! I went in and not even 5 minutes, I was numbed up and ready to go. I was nervous beyond belief but Nasser kept talking me through the procedure and what steps he was doing. I felt absolutely nothing! After the first 10 minutes, I started to relax and enjoy the massage of the chair and the 70's music. Dr. Nasser did my root canals with lightning speed! I was shocked and very thankful for the great job he did, it was amazing! I never thought a root canal could be so relaxing. If I ever have any problems, (hopefully not), I would absolutely come here in the future. He took away my fear of Dentist's for good! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an Endodontist. Believe me, you'll never want anyone else!

Dr. Nasser provided a step by step explanation of all work performed during the Root Canal procedure. There was very little discomfort when he admistered the pain injection. First time I have had a medical professional perform a pain injection without discomfort. My previous dentist who retired would jab the needle way in the mouth and inject pain medicine which caused much pain.After completion of the RCT I experienced no pain or discomfort after the anesthetic medication wore off. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff for endodontic service.

I was so nervous about this appointment because I needed a RCT in a lower molar, that has a crown AND has a partial that attaches to it. However, Dr. Nasser took time and diligence when doing the procedure and when he said "the crown is okay" I felt so relieved. To be honest, there was no pain. See below. Lots of numbing medicine so I never felt any pain but I’m sure that’s a variable. Very comfortable environment very reassuring and my anxiety was relieved as I went through the process. People look at root canals negatively for a reason and this practice has clearly changed that perspective.
