Dr Nasser is an absolute rockstar! As this was to be my first root canal, I was anxious but instantly was put at ease. From the luxurious, back-massaging chair to the relaxing music and the calm, confident play-by-play provided by Dr Nasser - I couldn’t imagine a more perfect scenario to undergo a procedure most of us dread. The dreaded root canal: no one wants to go thru that but if you're lucky to live long enough, chances are you will. My first one years ago was awful, straight out of Little Shop of Horrors, so when I was told I needed another (the excruciating pain reinforced my decision), I was really not happy about having to endure that kind of experience again. Luckily, I did not have to. My first call to Dr. Nassar's office was with Andrea, who was attentive, helpful and had a great sense of humor. My appointment was prompt and Dr. Nassar didn't even give me time to cool my heels waiting - I never got to read anything in People. He immediately introduced himself, shook my hand and clearly was intent on making this visit as easy for me as possible, and he got straight to the job at hand. He didn't numb me up and leave me sitting alone, worrying. He numbed me up and used that time to show me my xrays and explain exactly what was planned and why. Then he numbed me up some more. His office has all the newest shiny toys that made diagnosis and delivery of the procedure top notch. He talked me thru every detail, reassuring me and treating me as a partner in the process. He spoke to me rather than over my head to his assistant like I wasn't there, which has been an unfortunate experience at another office or two. I sat in a comfortable chair with relaxation massagers for my shoulders (in the chair, not people!) and listened to music of the 70's. Following the root canal, I was included in the email to my follow up dentist and the next day, received a personal phone call checking on my progress. No dental visit is without pain (for me - I find them terrifying) but this time it was tolerable. Ok, it wasn't horrible. It wasn't bad. Honest. I highly recommend Dr. Nassar and his team.

I recently was referred to Dr Nasser by a friend for a tooth pain. The front office staff was so friendly and efficient working hard to meet my scheduling needs. Dr Nasser was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed my issue resulting in retreatment of an infection on an old root canal. He walked me through the steps of the procedure easing my anxiety. Tom did an AMAZING job with my root canal. He went in and found 2 roots in 1 tooth rather then just the 1 root. I'm 100% sure any other dentist would have missed this and I would have ended up with an extraction after the root canal. I'm so thankful for Dr. Nasser! I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Although, I must admit, I am not looking forward to ever having another major dental problem, if the need should ever arise, I will certainly call you. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. It also helped that he explained each step throughout the procedure to let me know how much longer we had to go to complete the procedure, which is important to the patient. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through!
