I scheduled my root canal through Dr. Nasser‘s office. When doing the paperwork, my insurance did not go through to help pay for the root canal. Andrea in the office made a call to the insurance company to help get as much as possible off the cost. The root canal went much better than expected on my part. Dr. Nasser did a wonderful job and throughout the whole process told me exactly what he was doing. He even took the time to show me what the X-ray looked like. I found the procedure very easy and afterwards did not have any pain. I have had a couple root canals in the past but this one was the best. I would definitely refer Dr. Nasser to anyone that is going to have one in the future.

Dr Nasser did a root canal for me 10 years ago and everything went so well and I was so I impressed, that when I needed another root canal recently, I immediately told my dentist that I wanted to go back to Dr. Nasser. He and his staff came through for me again. Dr. Nasser took X-rays and a CT of my teeth to see exactly what he needed to do and then took the time to show me these fascinating films and explain everything to me. I was fully informed and comfortable prior to, during and after the procedure. He went through my discharge instructions with me. He even called me the next day to check on me. He has such a comforting, competent and caring manner. I heartily recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff if you ever have to have a root canal!

Quite possibly the easiest dental procedure I've been through. Dr. Nasser made sure that I was kept in the loop the entire process. His numbing agent was spot on to not feel a thing but not feel like half your face is missing. The massage chair while the procedure was going was a splendid surprise. And honestly the only struggle I had was with myself and keeping my mouth open which he had offered to put a bite blocker in but I stuck it out. Not saying I want another root canal but would definitely return if needed. In addition, he made sure to follow up with a phone call to ensure that everything was still okay post procedure. Would highly recommend.

I don’t think many people race in to get root canals nor want to. I for sure didn’t. But I will tell you, Dr. Nasser and his staff were superb from the minute I walked in until I left. The most thorough dental experience. Dr. Nasser explained EVERYTHING in great detail before, during, and after the procedure. There were no surprises. My visit with Dr Nassar was everything expected and more. From the time i arrived in the office at check in, until leaving, he and his staff made sure i was informed and comfortable. Comforts of the office were welcoming and the back massage while in the chair was a nice surprise. Not sure if helped my mind with distraction or actually relaxed me, but NICE! Dr Nassars knowledge & expertise was appreciated beyond measure. As other reviews state he takes his time to assure comfort throughout entire procedure constant information of what is going on and what to expect. I have had previous root canal work on 2 occasions, neither time did I feel as comfortable or confident in the work performed. IF I have a future need I will be calling. I know without a doubt I have received the best care possible with this procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Nassar and his staff. Thanks again Dr Nassar for helping me keep my smile 😃

As this is my first time ever having to do a root canal procedure, Dr. Nasser walked through the entire process with me, while working on the issue. I've never had such a pleasurable experience in a dentist chair ever! He made me feel less anxious/nervous and I was done within the hour. I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! I appreciate the emphasis on patient education and now understand better how my condition is improved having had the treatment. Thank you.
