Dr. Tom Nasser is exceptional! I would recommend him for endodontal work in a heartbeat. I was experiencing a severe lower left jaw infection together with a molar so painful I couldn’t even touch it. I found Dr. Tom Nasser online as an endodontist close to me who could see me quickly. He examined me closely and gave me a choice of a root canal or a total molar extraction. I chose the root canal. The root canal process was nothing short of a miracle. It was 100% painless—including the initial numbing injection, all of the root canal work itself, and even the after-effects when the numbness wore off. Dr Nasser had talked to me throughout the procedure, explaining what he was doing as he was working on my mouth and including me in the process. I really liked that. He successfully did the root canal and entirely removed the infection, and he gave me good instructions on how to keep my gums well after the process. He even personally called me the very next morning to see how I was doing. I am now quickly and totally back to normal after a serious dental procedure that amazingly was flawless, successful, and absolutely pain free. If you need work done by an endodontist, you must give Dr. Thomas Nasser a call. You will be so glad that you did.

I was referred to Dr. Nasser by my dentist to investigate and potentially treat some unexplained localized sensitivity. I saw all of his positive reviews but was still a bit apprehensive just due to the nature of root canal treatment and never having had any work performed by him before. The reviews are accurate. He really is that good. During my consultation, he walked me through his thinking regarding my issues (one RCT and one potential retreat) and answered any questions I had, including explanations of the imaging results. For the root canal treatment, he began on time, took about 30 minutes from the time I sat down in the chair (single bicuspid, relatively uncomplicated), and I felt zero pain. He explained what he was doing throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable with giving him any feedback regarding any discomfort I might experience. He was focused and efficient with his work, but not rushed. After he was done, he showed me pictures of the work he performed and explained further. The whole thing went faster and with less discomfort than any cavity restoration that I can recall. The staff was also nice, helpful, and efficient. They got me in for a consultation the next day and for the treatment shortly after. Even if I'm nitpicking, I really can't think of anything negative to say. I will be returning to him for a retreat of work performed by another dentist and will go to him for any other endodontic needs in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Nasser and his team were so wonderful that it's worth it to take the time to do so. There was never any hesitations to answer any of my questions and nothing ever felt hidden from me. I even asked last second questions to make myself feel more comfortable, and Dr. Nasser took time out of his busy schedule to answer them and assure me on the procedure. Anything billing related was done quickly and made very clear, as to keep there from being any confusion. During the procedure itself, Dr. Nasser constantly made sure I was comfortable and from start to finish, he was filling me in on what he was doing. When you hear root canal, most people get scared and worried. They made me so comfortable and the process was so painless, that I was almost falling asleep in the chair. I have absolutely zero complaints. While hopefully I won't need any more treatment from an endodontist, if I ever do, I will not hesitate to try and schedule with Dr. Nasser.

Be careful, they will steal from you. We made sure to double check that everything is gonna be covered under insurance. They assume this it will until we finished our appointment and they tell us to pay $300 a fee that is not covered under insurance once we asked why is that because they informed us everything will be covered they said well this one particular procedure is not and we have emailed you. There are no emails received even though they claim that they did send us something. We informed them that we will not be paying for something that is not agreed-upon and they threatened us to be added to collections. I’ve asked to speak to the doctor and the doctor said he has nothing to do with everything and he’s busy with the patient and I have to sort this out with the front desk, person who claimed to have sent us an email that does not exist. Canceled all our future appointments and informed them that we will be writing a terrible review that is honest. Please look for a different doctor. I’m honestly surprise about this seeing all the positive comments and feedback. Very disappointed.

I would recommend any one who needs a root canal done to see Dr. Nasser. He is with you from the time you are introduced to him till the root canal is completed. Dr. Nasser is very thorough and explains everything that he is doing throughout the procedure as well as making sure you are comfortable and not feeling any pain. After the procedure he sits down and shows you the results with before and after pictures that he has taken throughout the procedure and answers any questions you may have. Dr. Nasser has finely tuned his craft. He does exceptional work in all aspects of root canals from careful diagnosis to painless application of anesthesia to precise root canal cleaning and sealing. Even my regular dentist, who had recommended a different endodontist, admitted that Dr. Nasser's treatment of my complex root system looked "beautiful" in the x-ray. Dr. Nasser was able to preserve my ceramic crown when another endodontist told me the crown would have to be removed since drilling a hole for the procedure would likely crack it. It has been over a year since my procedure and the root canal tooth remains healthy and strong.

How scary and painful the process can be, but after having one with Dr Nasser I have to believe they just had a bad Dentist because the root canal I had was less painful than most cleanings I've had. I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! This is my 3rd root canal with Dr. Nasser and none of them has been painful.
You have changed my opinion of dentists. You have been the only one to get me numb. Thank you so much for the good experience. I will be recommending everyone I know requiring a root canal. The only pain experienced post op is when I would bite down, accidentally, which is dissipating everyday. Thanks, again:)
My impression of Dr Nasser was way above and beyond what I had expected. It was like a play by play experience of what he was doing and had a way of adding some humor along the way.
Great experience. Among the best I’ve had for dental issues. Great explanation of procedure, as well as post-procedure care. First time that I’ve not felt the needle going in for the anesthetic. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back for future problems. I’ve already recommended you to some of my co-workers.
Okay, I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going to Dr. Nasser. A dentist apt. ranks right up there as number 1 when it comes to where I don’t want to go the most. Either that or the gynocologist. Actually, the Dr. made it quite a pleasant experience (for a root canal), and I was very impressed. Surprise! Surprise 🙂
I am a whimp when it comes to the dentist – I will come to Dr. Nasser for all my root canals!! I will even bring my children if they need one!

I hope that I never have to have a root canal done again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to have Dr. Nasser do it for me.
