Dr. Nasser is very friendly and informative. He explains everything that he is going to do, everything he is doing and how the root canal procedure is progressing. I was impressed with all of the high tech equipment and how Dr. Nasser goes through it all and shows you your teeth and explains what your problem is. I hope that I never need Dr. Nassers services again. But if I do ever need another root canal, I will be making an appointment with him.

All the staff was so kind and caring, I felt safe under their care. Their infection control, equipment, cleanliness, and sterility was top notch. Dr. Nasser listened to my concerns and answered all my countless questions, he was professional and empathetic. A root canal is very fun, but I felt hardly any pain during it and had a good experience. I Did not hardly feel him getting me numb and I was numb in all the right places and not in places I did not need to be! Minimal post procedural pain and gave good post procedural instruction.

I needed a root canal on a bottom front tooth with infection. Dr Nasser's office got me in quickly. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Dr Nasser was very thorough in explaining what my options were with my tooth, then explained every step he was doing. He was thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times. He gave explicit postoperative instructions and called the next day to see how I was doing. If I ever need any endodondic work, I will go to Dr Nasser.

Dr. Nasser and his team are wonderful to work with. When I called for the initial appointment, she was patient and understanding of my pain and situation. And she thoroughly explained what they would do and how they would help me. It really helped to ease my mind and it’s why I chose them. You can tell that Dr. Nasser really wants to be the best at what he does. He’s intense, funny,, and thoroughly puts you at ease by explaining in detail everything he’s doing and why. You can tell he kinda geeks out on this stuff! Just the type of person I want drilling holes in my teeth! I highly recommend Dr. Nasser in his team! Approximately 60 years ago, I received root canal treatment on an abscessed tooth without anesthetic or sophisticated equipment. This experience left me with a fear of dentists until today when I encountered Dr. Nasser and his staff! There was no waiting, the staff was friendly and Dr. Nasser thoroughly explained X-rays and procedures as he worked (a wonderful distraction). By 30 minutes into the procedure, I was as relaxed as anyone with the fear I had been carrying could be! Of course, the back massaging chair was a bonus!! Dr. Nasser's office got me in for an appointment SAME DAY. I cracked a tooth over the weekend and was in pain, in need of immediate help. Very shortly after they opened Monday morning, 7:45am, I received a call back as they had already gotten my message. They offered me an appointment 2 hours later that was open due to someone canceling over the weekend. (Pure luck, which I will take!) Dr. Nasser called me himself 20 minutes later and said to just come on in now, no need to wait any longer. I was so excited to be out of pain...never been so excited to go to get a tooth worked on. Dr. Nasser very thoroughly explained the entire process, walked me through everything he saw on the scans from his high tech equipment, showing me as well. That part was very interesting. He talked me through the entire process as he was doing it. I can't say my regular dentist does anything like that. It helps relieve any anxiety or nervousness one may have about it all. He also plays 70's music to make sure the experience is laid back. From what I am told, this root canal went smoother than most. I believe most of that is simply due to Nasser's expertise in this field. He is excellent at what he does. It was done in like an hour or so. No more pain! He also complimented me on being a great patient which was not necessary but I most definitely did appreciate hearing that. I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but this experience deserved one. From getting me in so quickly and the whole process going so well...I cannot help but give praise. Thanks to Dr. Nasser and his amazing staff!

Dr. Nasser is great. He likes to explain everything and wants to make sure that you understand everything that’s going on. I appreciate that. He has state of the art equipment, including CT scan, and can show you on the scan exactly what the problem is. I have had two root canals with Dr. Nasser and the pain with these procedures has been minimal. Dr. Nasser is highly professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needs endodontic treatment. I needed to get in quickly for a root canal before leaving the country for the holidays. Dr. Nasser’s friendly staff quickly went to work and I was in within 24 hours! I was pleasantly greeted and had NO WAIT TIME! Dr. Nasser also did not keep me waiting, but was ready to explain what was going on and what he could do to be of help. He walked me through each step and went to work skillfully as an artist with his tools. There was no pain! All was completed in an hour. I was able to walk out of the office and immediately go back to work. He followed up with an informative Email with pictures and information to both my dentist and myself. The following day he made a personal call to make sure all was going well and to see if I had any questions. What a caring, skillful and professional team he directs! I can highly recommend him!

I just returned home after having a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Nasser, and have only the highest praise and thanks for him and his staff. I was impressed by the fact that initially, he took the time to carefully evaluate my specific case, and did not just assume that I would have a root canal done. He actually discussed possible alternative treatment and was careful to explain the benefits. Once the procedure was initiated, I was amazed at how quickly it was completed. I did not have to sit and wait in the chair before meeting the Dr. and did not have to sit and wait in the chair for the anesthetic to take effect. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 35 years and I’ve never seen anyone any better with a needle! Dr. Nasser has a wonderful chairside manner and has a gift with making his patient feel relaxed and at ease. I can honestly say this was a totally pain-free procedure! I appreciated the time he took to explain every step, and the fact that he actually encouraged questions! Dr. Nasser and his assistant worked together like a well-oiled machine and he demonstrates a sure-handedness, yet gentle touch. I was not just handed a piece of paper with after-care instructions, but he explained everything very clearly. I so appreciate the friendly and professional care I received, as well as the genuine, caring manner with which I was treated. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser and his staff to anyone, and I thank my dentist for this referral.

I was NOT excited about getting a root canal, having heard horror stories over the years. Dr. Nasser and his team did an excellent job. The procedure was virtually pain free!? I know that sounds crazy but it’s true. It took about an hour and Dr. Nasser did a great job explaining what was going on during the procedure. He was very thorough and professional. The hardest part was sitting still because they pipe in 70’s music; Doobie’s, EWF, Chicago, Stevie Wonder etc., good head bopping music which probably wouldn’t be advised. While I am not eager to return to his office, if I need more endodontic work done he will be the first Dr. that I call. Icing on the cake: massage dental chairs while you get the work done – who knew?

I was overall very impressed with the entire experience. The procedure took about an hour and was no more painful or unpleasant than having any other cavity filled. Dr. Nasser took the time to explain the steps of the process throughout the procedure so I would be aware of what was going on. He and his staff were very efficient and made the process as pleasant as possible. While I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to return if the need would arise. I would highly recommend the office to others.

procedure, thereby alleviating all fears about “what is” or ” what is about” to happen. He wastes no time and gets the job done much sooner than you would expect. I keep reading that on his comments page, but it is true. Now, if he can just figure out a way to call it something else! A “root canal” sounds brutal-LOL . But it was anything but that.

Dr. Nasser is the best – a great doc who does not talk down to you but rather takes the time to explain in laymen’s terms what will happen each step of the way. I have used Dr. Nasser’s services before and he just keeps getting better! If I need it again (which I hope I don’t), I would not hesitate for a second to use his services. His office staff was also courteous and friendly. At any rate, overall a good experience.
I have never been to a doctor who showed such concern for their patient’s comfort and well being. I sincerely appreciate it. Your staff is wonderful to work with also. Although, I must admit, I am not looking forward to ever having another major dental problem, if the need should ever arise, I will certainly call you. Dr. Nasser was very nice, caring and sincere in his approach. he gained my trust during a phone conversation. I have very very high anxiety and have put up with pain from this tooth for over a year. Because of Dr. Nasser, I will start a regular dental regime with someone that he actually referred. It is my hope that this dentist is as nice, gentle and caring as Dr. Nasser. If not I won’t continue to go due to my great great fear of the dentist. I think the painless injection really helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure and I feel that Dr. Nasser really numbed me up so that I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. One hears about the dreaded root canal…. I was aprehensive walking into the office, but immediately made comfortable by the staff. I typically require extra anesthetic and that was the case at this visit. Dr. Nasser promised “pain-free” and followed through! I appreciate the emphasis on patient education and now understand better how my condition is improved having had the treatment. Thank you.

Great experience. Among the best I’ve had for dental issues. Great explanation of procedure, as well as post-procedure care. First time that I’ve not felt the needle going in for the anesthetic. Okay, I have to admit that I was not looking forward to going to Dr. Nasser. A dentist apt. ranks right up there as number 1 when it comes to where I don’t want to go the most.
